England had a lot of luck at the selection and got Montenegro which was the weakest candidate possible in the second position, and will most likely have to battle against Ukraine for the first position in the group, allowing Montenegro to compete with Poland for the second one. Spain, the actual World and European Champions was selected in the 5 team Group I and will have to compete with France, Belarus, Georgia and Finland in what looks to be a very easy group for the current champions.
